This data is used only to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal and a rental agreement. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Recipients
The data is intended for SCI DEMETER. The form is transmitted by the Formspree service (Formspree, Inc., United States), acting as a processor: see its privacy policy. Data is never sold or passed on.
Retention
Three years from the last exchange, unless a stay is booked, in which case the legal retention obligations related to the contract apply.
Your rights
You may access, correct or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, or request its portability by writing to ventes@ponthieu.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
