Before you arrive: the week’s menus

A few days before your stay, the chef gets in touch. Together you plan the week’s menus and how the meals are organised: timings, the evenings you will eat out, everyone’s tastes. It is the right moment to mention allergies, special diets and what the children like.

At the chalet: three meals a day

The chef cooks breakfast, lunch and dinner in a kitchen equipped for the job. The long table in the great room seats all sixteen; the bar next door is there for the first drink and the last.

The shopping

The chef does the shopping for you. The cost of the groceries is paid by the guests; the chef’s presence throughout the week is included in the rental price.
